We’re incredibly proud to share that Luke Mulholland is running the Loch Ness Marathon on September 28, 2025, to raise vital funds for Spiral – Creative Arts Therapies.

This isn’t just a race, it’s a run toward inclusion, healing, and creativity. Luke’s fundraising supports Spiral’s transformative arts-based programmes for children and young people in kinship care and those with complex needs, including non-verbal individuals and those with profound learning difficulties.

Spiral’s work goes beyond traditional therapy. Through music, movement, and creative expression, we offer safe spaces for emotional connection, communication, and joy, especially for those who often struggle to be heard.

Luke’s support helps us continue delivering sessions that empower young people to explore their voices, build confidence, and experience the therapeutic power of the arts.

Update

A huge congratulations to Luke, who completed the Loch Ness Marathon in an incredible 3:54:42! He has raised £1,051 so far, with an additional £182.75 in Gift Aid to further boost the impact. We are so proud and grateful for Luke for his effort and dedication in supporting young people throughout Glasgow. Check out this video from the finishing line.
