Company Administrator

Salary: £21,000 (WTE: 0.2 or approx. 7.5 hours per week)

12 month fixed-term contract (extension dependent on funding)


Spiral-Creative Arts Therapies is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, started in 2020.  Our small yet dynamic and dedicated team has a wealth of experience in delivering arts therapies programmes for children and young people in our local communities.  Our sole aim is to improve their health and wellbeing. We are looking for a Company Administrator who shares our vision to join our team and support our projects.


You’ll have previous experience working in an administrative role with a strong knowledge and application of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.  As well as being an excellent communicator you’ll have the high level of organisational skills and self-motivation required to deliver an efficient and effective admin support function for our projects and team. Some experience and interest in communications including writing content, maintaining websites and social media platforms is desirable.  You can access the full job description and person specification, click here


Amongst other benefits Spiral offers its’ employees 30 working days annual leave and 9 public holidays (pro-rata).  This is a blended working opportunity incorporating home working and some office-based attendance (provisionally this is on a Tuesday but can be discussed).
